摘要
针对某企业高含盐有机生产废水,采用传统活性污泥法,实验研究了氯化钙盐度对活性污泥性能的影响,分别研究了盐度对有机物的去除能力、活性污泥中微生物的耗氧速率、活性污泥的结构和沉淀效果及对菌胶团中微生物生态的影响。结果表明,当氯化钙盐度从0mg/L升高到40000mg/L的时候,废水中COD的去除率由92.9%降低到56%,活性污泥的耗氧速率下降,菌胶团的微生物种类也随之减少,MLVSS/MLSS下降,活性污泥中的无机成分增加,沉淀性能增强,菌胶团也更为致密。
Using organic wastewater with high concentration of calcium chloride from an enterprise and adopting traditional activated sludge process, experiments were conducted to study the effects of calcium chloride concentration on activated sludge performances such as removal of organic matter, oxygen uptake rate (OUR) of the microbes in the activated sludge, structure and sedimentation of activated sludge and microbial ecology in zoogloea. The result showed that when calcium chloride concentration increased from 0 to 40000 mg/L, the removal rate of COD reduced from 92. 9% to 56%, the parameters including OUR, microbial species in zoogloea and MLVSS/MLSS decreased, while the parameters including inorganic components and precipitability of activated sludge increased, and the zcogloea became more dense.
