摘要
环境问题是我国当今最重要的民生问题,目前,损害人民群众利益的环境污染问题愈演愈烈,人们寄希望环境法治,然而,当前的环境法治建设存在诸多的弊端,本文探讨了我国环境法治建设中的一些问题,并提出了对策建议。
