含TiODS铁素体钢中弥散相再细化机制的研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON DISPERSOID REFINNING CONDITIONS AND MECHANISM FOR Ti CONTAINED ODS FERRITIC STEEL

摘要 对含Ti的ODS铁素体钢在机械合金化(MA)及随后热固实化过程中,弥散相显著再细化的条件和机制进行了研究。结果表明:在机械合金化过程中,选用合理的工艺参数,所加入预加工粉中的弥散相—Y2O3将首先分解成钇和氧原子,并能均匀地溶入基体中;在随后的热固实化过程中,将以一种更加细小和稳定的复合氧化物—Y2Ti2O7的形式析出,并在钢的基体中分布更加均匀。 As long as rational MA(Mechanical Alloying)processing parameters are selected,the dispersoids(Y 2O 3) added in milled powder matrix with Ti will initially dissolve during MA,then a kind of complex oxide Y 2Ti 2O 7 will precipitate during following hot consolidation process(Usually at 1000 1200 ℃) By this transition,the dispersoids canbe obviously refined from 30 nm(Y 2O 3) to smaller than 10 nm(Y 2Ti 2O 7) and distributed in steel matrix more uniformly
