摘要
沈阳重型机器厂以生产450m^2烧结机篦条铸件为主的真空密封造型生产线,造型生产率为7～8箱/h,是我国自行设计的国产化第一条线。该线使用两年来,效果良好、设备运转正常、铸件质量达到了国外同类产品的水平。本文对造型线的布置进行了对比分析,对造型材料和工艺装备进行了介绍。
Vacuum moulding line at Shenyan Heavy Machine Factory with the productivity of 7～8 moulds per hour,mainly for the production of grid section of 450 m^2 sintering facility,is the firstlocalized moulding line desighed at home.It has achieved good results during two years run.It works smoothly and the casting quality has reached the level of similar products abroad.The paper presents comparision and analysis on the layout of the moulding line and introduction on moulding materials arid technological facilities.
