微管人流与药物流产临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of microcatheter induced abortion and medicine abortion

目的探讨微管人流吸宫术的临床效果。方法终止妊娠的早孕妇女自主选择终止早孕方法。随机选择微管人流术组200例,药物流产组200例,共400例。观察2组流产效果、疼痛情况、副反应情况、术中出血情况、手术时间。结果微管组完全流产率为95.5%,明显高于药流组(P<0.001);无疼痛或轻微疼痛,无副反应;所有病例术中出血量均少于30 ml,手术时间仅3～8 min。结论微管人流术操作简便、安全,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of uterine aspiration in microcatheter induced abortion. Methods Methods of early pregnancy termination were chosen by early pregnant women by themselves. A total number of 400 cases were included and randomly divided into two groups：a microcatheter induced abortion group （200 cases） and a medicine abortion group （200 cases ）. The two groups were closely observed in terms of the effect of abortion,pain, side effects, bleeding during surgery and duration of surgery. Results The complete abortion rate of the microcatheter induced abortion group was 95.5% , higher than that of the medicine abortion group （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. The microcatheter induced abortion was painless or slightly pain- ful and had no side effects. All the cases saw a reduced bleeding volume of less than 30 ml. The whole surgery lasted only 3 8 minutes. Conclusion The microcatheter induced abortion is easy and safe in operation and is worth to be recommended in clinical application.
