摘要
针对以往研究道路交通环境负荷的发生源分布不足的情况,提出了一种基于交通规划四阶段理论的,以交通小区为基本单元的,以尾气排放因子为核心的道路交通环境负荷估计框架,该框架可清晰地输出城市道路交通环境负荷的发生源并将促进控制路网交通环境负荷增长等措施的制定。通过实例分析,验证了该方法的有效性。
In this paper, in view of the inadequacy of previous studies, we have proposed a framework for the estimation of the environmental load in roadway transportation which is based on the four-stage traffic planning theory, with the traffic zone as the basic unit and is centered around the factor of tail gas emissions. Such framework can distinctly locate the points of origination of the environmental load in urban roadway traffic and facilitate the formulation of the measures to contain the growth of the load. Then using an empirical case, we verify the effectiveness of the method.
