校企合作文化对接企业调查报告

A Research Report on Docking of Cultures in School-enterprises Cooperation

以陕西工商职业学院物流专业合作办学单位为对象,就高职毕业生素质评价、企业对职工素质要求、校企合作意愿、企业文化进校园措施等方面进行了调研访谈。调查结果分析具有一定的典型性,对探索校企合作机制,改革教学内容和方法,有一定的参考价值。

In this paper we have carried out field surveys and interviews on matters such as the evaluation of vocational college graduate qualification, enterprises＇ requirement on employee qualification, willingness of school-enterprise cooperation and introduction of enterprise culture in campus, etc.
