摘要 室内结构面直剪试验制样过程中容易产生误差,获取的结构面抗剪强度参数不够准确,岩体结构面在水泥砂浆中不能保持水平是产生误差的原因之一,大量测量数据统计表明,结构面普遍倾斜5°左右。由于倾斜的存在,必然导致结构面模型在进行直剪试验时,结构面与直剪仪所加的竖直力不能垂直,从而造成法向应力与剪切面不垂直,严重影响实验数据的准确性和可靠性。在结构面制样时,运用调平夹尺钳口固定结构面,通过水准气泡的居中来调整结构面位置使其水平,消除结构面在水泥砂浆中产生的误差角,使直剪实验获取的结构面抗剪强度参数准确可靠。 Errors are prone to be produced in the process of sample testing in the indoor structural plane direct shear, which leads inaccurate shear parameter. The structural plane cannot be kept horizontal in the cement mortar is one of the causes. Statis- tics shows that the most structural planes tilt about 5°. Due to the tilt, the structural plane and the vertical force added by the di- rect shear apparatus are not perpendicular to each other, causing non -perpendicularity between the normal stress and the shear plane ; therefore, the accuracy and the reliability of the test data are significantly affected. In the sample making process, the jaw of leveling clips rule folder is used to fix structure surface, the structure plane is adjusted to horizontal through the leveling bubble to eliminate the errors angle, so as to provide reliable experimental data.
