摘要
介绍了 ZQF-3 0 0型倾翻式球磨机的结构、主要技术参数及工作过程。现场生产实践表明 ,该球磨机能倾翻装卸料 ,可避免不同牌号的混合料相互干扰 ,提高 YJ混合料的研磨效率 3 0 %～ 5 0 % ,并可使生产的 YJ1和 YJ2合金的抗弯强度提高。同时 ,该设备还具有良好的防爆性能 ,且操作简便。
Construction, main technical parameter, working process of ZQF-300 tiltable ball grinder were introduced. Producing results showed that the ball grinder could discharge tiltably, it could raise grinding efficiency 30%～50%, bending strength of YJ1 and YJ2 alloy made from grinding powder was raised. Explosion-proof property was very well.
