摘要
分析了曲轴切点跟踪磨削的特点,建立了曲轴切点跟踪磨削的数学模型,用Matlab对建立的数学模型进行了算法实现。然后分前处理程序、核心处理程序和后处理程序三部分对自动编程系统进行了设计。最后将开发的自动编程系统嵌入数控系统中,实现了在机自动编程,简化了操作,提高了效率。
Analysed the features of tangential point tracing grinding of crankshaft and then established the mathematical model of it.Realized the algorithm of the mathematical model with Matlab.Designed the self-programming system in three parts: main processor,core processor and post processor.Finally,embedded the self-programming system into the CNC system,realized the function of self-programming on machines,simplified the operation,improved the efficiency.
