基于分形理论的组织学习方式研究

摘要 将分形理论应用于组织学习研究,分析了企业多层次分形元动态组织学习SECI过程,分形元组织学习形成合力因素,以及学习代理分形元的作用机制。最后以实例说明分形学习方式可以促进有效的组织学习。
