摘要
大厂 10 0号矿体富含锡、锌、铅、锑、银、铟、镉、金等元素 ,综合回收价值很高。采用优先混合浮选分离流程处理 10 0号矿体矿石 ,可有效回收有价矿物 ,与两段混合浮选分离流程相比 ,铅锑精矿中铅、锑品位分别提高 3 2 3和 0 96个百分点 ,铅、锑回收率分别提高 15 80和 18 0 2个百分点 ,相应银的回收率也较高 ;在回收率相近的情况下 ,锌品位和锡品位分别提高 3 2 0和 3 2 1个百分点。
orebody of the Dachang mine is rich in Sn, Zn, Pb, Sb, Ag, In, Cd and Au, which are of great comprehensive recovering value. Effective recovery of the valuable minerals can be achieved by processing the ore from №100 orebody using the preferentialbulk flotation flowsheet. Compared with the twostage bulk flotation flowsheet, this flowsheet can achieve increases of 3.23 and 0.96 percentage points in lead and antimony grades of leadantimony concentrate and increases of 15.80 and 18.02 percentage points in lead and antimony recoveries, respectively, as well as proper increase in silver recovery. At the similiar recoveries, this flowsheet can increase zinc and tin grades by 3.20 and 3.21 percentage points, respectively.
