摘要
通过试验研究 ,提出了利用难处理矿石的热压氧化预处理的原有体系直接进行氰化提金的新工艺。该工艺在高温高压条件下 ,仅用 2~ 4min ,快速完成氰化浸出过程 ,金浸出率达到 93 69%。新工艺具有浸出时间短、效率高 ,浸出率优于传统氰化工艺等优点 ,有推广价值。
This paper makes use the original system of pretreating refractory ore by hot-press oxidation to extract gold by cyanide process.In the condition of high temperature and pressure,.the cyanide leaching operation is quickly completed only in 2~40min,the leaching rate reachs 93.69%.This technology is characterized by short leaching time,high efficiency and less investment and the leaching rate is superior to that of traditional cyanide process.
