Determination of gold by spectrophotometry after color development reaction of gold with MPDM

研究了 3 -(对硝基苯甲酰基 ) -1 ,5-双 (4 -氧安替比林 ) -3 -氮杂戊烷(MPDM)试剂与金的显色反应。在酸性介质中 ,在CTMAB微乳液作用下 ,MPDM与Au(Ⅲ )生成 2∶1稳定络合物 ,λmax=4 3 5nm ,ε=6.0 2× 1 0 4 。金的质量浓度在 0～ 50 μg 2 5ml内符合比尔定律。该方法用于金矿石中痕量金的测定 ,结果令人满意。

The color development reaction of gold with MPDM is studied.Under the action of CTMAB,MPDM and Au(Ⅲ) bring about stable complex of a ratio of 2 to 1 in the presence of acid media,λ_max=435nm,ε=6.02×10~4,the gold content is within the scope of 0～50μg/25ml that obey Bill law.This method is used to determine trace gold in gold ore that makes satisfactory result.
