摘要
用粉末冶金工艺制造了以锡青铜纤维为基体 ,MoS2 为固体润滑剂的固体自润滑材料。研究了其力学性能、摩擦磨损性能和显微结构 ,并与以锡青铜粉为基体 ,MoS2 为固体润滑剂的固体自润滑材料进行了性能对比。试验表明 :金属纤维基材料有高的强度、高的塑性和良好的渗透性。其抗拉强度和冲击韧性分别为粉末基材料的 2~ 6倍和 2~ 8倍 ,良好的渗透性能源于纤维体通孔多和具有蜂窝结构 ,便于润滑剂的渗透、贮存和输送。
A self lubricating material which consists of Sn bronze fibers (matrix) and MoS 2 lubricant was made by powder metallurgy process.The mechanical properties,friction and wear properties,and microstructures of this material have been investigated.As compared with the traditional self lubricating material based on Sn bronze powder,the fiber based material manifests much better strength,toughness and higher permeability. The ultimate tensile strength σ b and the impact strength α k of this material are 2~6 times and 2~8 times as high as those of the powder based material respectively. The good self lubricating properties results from more inter connected pores and honeycomb like structure in this material,which will be beneficial to the permeating,storage and transferring of MoS 2 lubricant.
