冲击摩擦转子混砂机试验

摘要 在冲击摩擦转子混砂机试验室研究的基础上,设计了盘径为1000mm 的冲击摩擦转子混砂试验机。其结构和布置能满足生产要求,在该机上进行了最佳组合工作参数及双层刮板的试验。试验结果表明,试验机的最佳组合参数为:刮板转速48r/min;转子转速为350r/min;下层转子叶片距底盘高90mm;双层刮板效果显著。 On the basis of laboratory test of impact-friction rotator mixer,a pilot unit with 1000 mm of pan diameter was designed.Construction and layout of this unit is able to meet the production needs.Optimum eombination working parameters and double-layer scrapper construction were tested on the machine and the result showed that the optimum combination parameters were as follows:revolving speed of the scrapper 48 rpm;revolving speed of the rotor350 rpm;height of the lower rotor to the pan 90 mm.And the construction featured by double-layer scrapper brought about better results.
