介绍了天津微型汽车技术改造项目在工厂设计与建设中的若干特点:造型线采用日本新东公司引进的静压造型新工艺,有适应多品种生产的模板快换系统;采用酚醛树脂热覆膜砂制芯;采用冲天炉和无芯工频炉双联熔炼;还介绍了砂处理、清理及有色铸造等工部的设计特点。

Features of the design and construction of foundry plant in the project of minicars technology renovation in Tianjin are introduced.It involves static pres- sure moulding technology imported from Sintokogio Ltd.,Japan,shuttle system. for pattern plate suiting for large series and short runs production,core making by phenol-formaldehyde resin hot pre-coated sand,and duplex melting by cupola and corless mains-frequency induction furnace.Besides,the design features of the departments such as sand preparation,cleaning and non-ferrous casting,etc have also been reported.
