生物质固体酸催化剂的制备及表征

摘要 利用小麦籽为原料,经碳化—磺化制备生物质固体酸催化剂,并对催化剂进行了表征。以油酸和甲醇为原料制备油酸甲酯,并用油酸甲酯的收率为指标考察制备工艺对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:碳化温度440℃、升温速率1℃/min、保温时间60 min,磺化温度90℃、时间2 h,每克固体硫酸用量15 mL。 Using wheat seed as material, the biomass solid acid catalyst is prepared by carbonization - sul- fonation, also the catalyst is charccterized. Using oleic acid and methanol as material to prepare methyl o- leate, the effect of preparation process to catalyst peroformance are investigated which use the yield of methyl oleate as index. The result shows,the optimum conditions is under follows:carbonization tempera- ture 440℃, heating rate 1℃/min, holding time 60 rain, sulfonation temperature 90 ℃, time 2 h, sulfuric acid level 15 mL/g.
