3S技术在县级林地保护利用规划中的应用研究

The Applicative Research of 3S Technology in County Level Forestland Protection and Utilization Programming

以福建省浦城县林地保护利用规划为例,应用SPOT 5卫星影像,运用地理信息系统、GPS技术解决林地落界、林地保护等级、林地质量定级等林地保护规划中的具体问题。结果表明:3S技术是县级林地保护利用规划的重要支撑技术,同时是提高规划效率不可或缺的信息化工具。

To resolve the specific problem of county level forestland planning on protection and utilization,such as definition of forestland border,protection class of forestland,valuation of forestland quality,etc.Spot5 image was chosen and the technology of GIS ＆ GPS was applied in Pucheng forestland protection and utilization programming.The result showed that 3S technology was an important supportive and indispensable information tools to improve efficiency in forestland programming on protection and utilization.
