北方地区生态小区评价体系研究

Study on Evaluation System of Ecological Community in Northern Area

针对当前生态小区规划建设现状和存在的问题,在大量实地调研的基础上,构建北方地区生态小区评价指标框架,在层次分析法的基础上,引入模糊综合评价法,建立生态小区评价指标体系。并以济源市建业森林半岛住宅小区为例,验证生态小区的评价体系。

This article was in view of the present situation of the ecological community and the existing problems.Based on much of the spot research,it established the evaluation index frame of ecological community in northern area.It introduced the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the evaluation index system of ecological community which based on the AHP.It took Jianye forest peninsula residential area in Jiyuan City as an example and verified the ecological residential area evaluation system.
