森林资源资产评估在林业司法鉴定中的应用

Application of Forestry Resources Asset Evaluation in Forestry Judicial Expertise

通过森林火灾引起的损失鉴定和违规采松脂造成的林木损失2个案例分析,表明通过调查司法鉴定对象的各项因子,利用森林资源资产评估方法求得鉴定对象的损失价值,将森林资源资产评估很好地应用于林木盗伐、滥伐、林地征占、森林火灾、违规采松脂等林业司法鉴定中,具有很强的操作性和可推广性。

Based on the analysis of two cases,of which were the identification of loss caused by forest fire and the forest loss by illegal felling,this article proved that,through the investigation of factors in the judicial expertise and of the loss value of investigation object through forestry assets evaluation,the assets evaluation had good application and extension foreground on the condition that it could be well applied to all kinds of judicial expertise.
