桂阳县村级文化建设的思考

Thinking on village culture construction of Guiyang County

通过对湖南省桂阳县13个村的村级文化建设情况的调查,发现湘南地区村级文化基础设施建设参差不齐,地区文化发展不平衡;基层文化组织活动能力弱,文化人才队伍不稳定;农民文化生活参与度不高,文化生活形式贫乏落后。提出要从政治上健全机制、经济上加大投入,并整合资源加强队伍建设,发挥地方特色,完善农村公共文化建设体系。

Based on the investigation of viHiage culture situation of Guiyang County, we timed that in southern villages of Hunan cul- tural infrastructure is uneven and local culture development is not balance developed. The cultural organization activity is weak and cul- tural talent team is unstable. Farmers＇ participation in the cultural life is not often, and the culture life form is backward. The mecha- nism should be perfected politically, economic input should increase, and reso~ should be integrated to strengthen the team build- ing so that public culture construction in the country can be completed.
