摘要 分析了变压器低压侧相间短路故障的原因,介绍了低压侧故障的危害及检测方法。通过对故障变压器进行色谱监测和绕组变形试验,表明变压器抗短路能力不能满足出口短路水平要求,采取优化主变的结构和制造工艺、限制短路电流水平等措施,可有效控制变压器短路损坏事故的发生。 Analysis was made to causes of transformer low-voltage side fault between phases. Introduction was made to danger of low-voltage side fault and test methods. Fault transformer chromatograph monitoring and windings deformation test show that transformer anti-short-circuit capability can not meet requirements of outlet short-circuit current level, so main transformer structure and manufacturing process were opti- mized and short-circuit current level were restricted to effectively prevent transformer short-circuit damage from taking place.
