K型气升式外环流碳化塔中试研究

摘要 在化肥厂进行了用带有K型折流元件的气升式外环流反应器取代鼓泡式碳化塔的中试.结果表明,该型反应器具有造价低、维修少和显著强化碳化过程等优点.该型反应器的基本原理也适应于其他化学反应器和生物反应器的设计. An external loop air-lift reactor with K-type baffle elements was used as a pilot carbonation reactor for replacing conventional carbonating towers in chemical plants, in which a great amount of heat has to be promptly exhausted and NH4HCO3 crystalline granules are formed during the carbonating reaction. The experimental results indicated that the perfor- mance of heat transfer and mass transfer was greatly improved over that of the conventional carbonating tower, and that the investment and maintenance of carbonating towers reduced obviously. The basic principle of the external loop air-lift reactor with baffle elements may be applied to other absorption processes.
