Waterlase MD^(TM)治疗重型复发性阿弗他溃疡临床效果观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察水激光(Waterlase MDTM)治疗重型阿弗他溃疡(MaRAu)的临床效果。方法将40例MaRAu患者随机抽取方法分为两组,各20例。A组用水激光治疗;B组用曲安奈德注射剂加利多卡因封闭治疗。观察临床疗效,并用视觉类此量表(visual analog scale,VAS)评定两组治疗前后疼痛强度。结果治疗后两组VAS疼痛指数、MaRAu愈合率比较差异有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05),A组优于B组。结论水激光治疗MaRAu具有良好的临床效果,值得推广。
