摘要
本文论述了 SM570正火型特厚高强钢板的强化机理、强化设计思路及强化成分应用的效果 ,并进行了具体分析。通过调整微合金化元素 Nb、V的含量 ,并复合少量的 Mo或 Ni,成功开发出了厚度 1 0 0 mm和1 4 0 mm的特厚高强钢板 ,这一成功也为我公司进一步开发更高强度级别的非调质型钢板开辟了技术途径。
This article expounds the strengthening mechanism,strengthening design idea and application effect of strengthening composition of normalized SM570 high strength ultra heavy plate,and makes a specific analysis.high strength ultra heavy plates with thicknesses of 100mm and 140mm respectively are successfully developed through adjusting contents of micro-alloying elements Nb,V and combining small amount of Mo or Ni. This success also finds technological approach for further development of non-quenched and tempered plate of higher strength class.of our company.
