摘要 员工心理契约状况是影响员工工作积极性、企业稳定性及其绩效的主要原因。在明晰心理契约及其构成的基础上,依据企业生命周期理论,针对一般企业在生命周期不同阶段的组织、管理及其文化等特征,从关系契约和交易契约两个维度归结出不同阶段心理契约的特点,提出分阶段递进的维护与改善对策,以提高管理的针对性与时效性。 The status of psychological contract is one of the central factors making great influence on the positivity of employees,the stability and the performance of a corporation.According to the theory of Corporate Life Cycle,on the basis of psychological contract,from two dimensions of transactional contract and relational contract,this paper makes the analysis on the dynamic features of psychological contract in different phases,and submits corresponding progressive maintaining and improving strategies to enhance the pertinence and efficiency of the management.
