摘要
针对矿用钢丝绳采用浇铸法难以理想地实现整绳破断拉伸的实际问题,在矿用钢丝绳直接夹持法实施破断拉伸方面进行尝试。研究采用传统立式拉力试验机进行钢丝绳破断拉伸存在的不足:周期长、检测人员劳动强度大、材料投入成本高、能耗多、工作环境差等。介绍一种采用直接夹持法的实用新型专利试验装置,加长夹持块并与新型卧式拉力试验机配套使用。实用性和可靠性验证试验表明,两组钢丝绳破断拉伸试验平均力值偏差小于1%,证明该装置检测数据可信,矿用钢丝绳整绳破断拉伸的实际问题得以解决。
Aiming at the practical problem of adopting casting method hard to ideal realize breaking tensile of wire rope for mine, try to implement it by direct clamping method. The defects of adopting traditional vertical tensile tester to carry out wire rope breaking tensile was researched : the defects are long period, strong labor strength for test workers, higher materi- als cost, more energy consumption and bad work environment. A kind of new type patent tester adopting direct clamping method was introduced: a stretched gripper block mate with the new type horizontal tensile tester to use. The verification test of practical applicability and reliability indicated that mean force deviation of two group wire rope breaking tensile test was less than 1% , proved that the device test data is credible. The practical problems of whole rope breaking tensile of wire rope for mine were settled.
