摘要
叙述了我国压铸机发展简史和压铸生产发展简况,简单介绍了我国主要压铸机制造厂的情况。从压铸设备及压铸工艺的进步详细介绍了三十多年来我国压铸技术的进展:包括新型压铸合金与熔化精炼技术、新型节能熔炼炉和保温炉、压铸工艺参数检测技术、新型涂料的发展与应用情况等。文章最后从我国汽车工业的发展,展望了我国压铸技术的发展前景。
A description of the development of die casting machine in China is presen- ted,and the brief situation of the development of die casting production in this country is given.The condition of the main manufacturers of die casting machine of our country is briefly reported. Referring to the progress of die casting equipment and die casting technolo- gy,the paper introduces,in detail,the progress of die casting technology in China in last 30 years.It comprises new alloys for die casting and its melting and refining technology,new type energy-saving melting furnaces and.holding furnaces,detecting technique for die casting technology parameters as well as the utilisation and development of new dressings and so on.And finally the paper gives a view on the die casting technology development in china,basing on the development of automobile industry in this country.
