从外经贸人才培养目标出发,通过职业岗位、职业能力、职业标准的分析,从培养目标定位、教学计划修订、教学内容改革等方面为实用创新型外经贸人才的培养探出一条可行新路。

From the objectives of foreign trade and economics talents cultivation,through the analysis of vocational post,vocational ability and vocational standards,this article elaborates the connotation of the mode of foreign trade and economics personnel cultivation,analyzes the main problems in the process,and find a new feasible way for the practical innovative foreign trade and economics personnel cultivation from the orientation to the cultivation objective,the revision of teaching plan,the reform of curriculum system and other aspects.
