摘要
以贵冶生产实绩为基础 ,分析了高氧浓度、高冰铜品位铜冶炼条件下铋在火法工序及电解工序的分配规律 ;评述了提高脱铋效果 ,降低铋对阴极铜质量影响的技术措施 ;指出建立脱铋工序的必要性及途径。
On the basis of the production practice of Guixi Smelter, the analysis on distribution of bismuth in copper smelting under the condition of high oxygen concentration and high grade matte has been made. It also describes the result of bismuth removal, and points out the technical measurement to reduce effect of Bi on copper cathode quality and the necessity and method to set up Bi removal step.
