The quality of teachers＇ professional ethic is the core of teaehers＇ qualities, and it is the key factor to determine whether the development of education is healthy or not. Based on the educational development practice in China, this article discusses the paths of teachers＇ professional ethics construction from the viewpoint of relationship between professional ethics training and career happiness.
