摘要
教师职业道德素质是教师素质的核心内容,是决定教育能否健康发展的重要因素。文章立足于我国教育发展实践,从教师职业道德修养和职业幸福的关系的视角探讨新时期教师职业道德建设的途径。
The quality of teachers' professional ethic is the core of teaehers' qualities, and it is the key factor to determine whether the development of education is healthy or not. Based on the educational development practice in China, this article discusses the paths of teachers' professional ethics construction from the viewpoint of relationship between professional ethics training and career happiness.
