摘要
目的:了解河南省乡镇卫生院药学专业人员从业情况和对毕业生需求情况,促进药学教学改革,提高药学专业学生就业竞争力。方法:问卷调查法为主、辅以座谈会面谈,应用描述性统计方法。结果:河南省乡镇卫生院在职药学人员以中年为主,初级职称占69.3%,中专和无学历者占83.2%。结论:多数乡镇卫生院缺乏药学人才,需补充具备药物咨询能力、团队合作能力等综合素质的青年药学人才。
Objective: To understand the basic situation and demaud of employing graduates of pharmaceutical professionals in township hospitals of Henan province in order to prompt education reform in pharmacy and improve the students' comprehensive abilities and competitiveness in job market. Methods: The questionnaire methodology was employed as the main source of information. The forum was used as auxiliary method and the descriptive statistics was applied. Results: The mid-aged personnel are the main group in town and village medical centers in Henan province; 69.3 % of them were primary title. 83.2 % of the current employees graduated from technical secondary school or without any graduation certificatinn. Conclusion: The most of the medical centers are deficient of qualified pharmaceutical professionals. The town and village medical centers need more, young professionals of pharmacy with consulting ability, teamwork ability.
