摘要
目的:探讨反思日记法对护理本科生评判性思维能力的影响。方法:将本科见习护生分为实验组和对照组,对实验组护生进行反思日记书写方法培训,并要求在5周的见习中完成反思日记5-10篇;对照组护生则不要求书写反思日记。在见习前后采用CTDI-CV测试,结果采用SPSS 17.0进行分析对比。结果:见习前两组护生的评判性思维能力测评得分差异无统计学意义,而见习后实验组高于对照组,且实验组自身见习前后差异也有统计学意义。结论:反思日记法能提高护生的评判性思维能力。
Objective: To explore the effects of diary reflection method on critical thinking ability, of college nursing students. Methods: The students were allocated into the experimental group and the control one. The former were given the training for diary reflection writing and were required to write 5-10 pieces of diary during 5-week clinical practice, while the later were. not required to do so. All students were investigated by C3331-CV before and after the clinical practice, and the data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups before clinical practice. The CTDI-CV score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was significant difference between before and after clinical practice in the experimental group. Conclusions: Diary reflection can improve critical thinking ability of nursing students.
