高职院校人才培养工作评估指标体系的分析

An Analysis of Evaluation Index System about Talents Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges

《卓越绩效评价准则》是正式颁布的全国质量管理奖评审标准,也是我国借鉴当前国际上广泛认同的卓越绩效模式;《高等职业院校人才培养工作评估指标体系》是国家教育部为突出高职院校办学特色,构建质量保障体系的核心指导性文件。将《高等职业院校人才培养工作评估指标体系》与《卓越绩效评价准则》进行对比,发现两者具有一些相同的管理理念,但也发现前者还是缺失了一些重要的价值判断。借鉴《卓越绩效评价准则》的核心理念,完善《高等职业院校人才培养工作评估指标体系》的价值判断标准,将更加有利于促进高职教育持续、稳定和健康地发展。

The officially issued Criteria for Performance Excellence is the judging criteria for awards of national quality management and also internationally accepted. Evaluation Index System about Talents Culti- vation in Higher Vocational Colleges is documented by the Ministry of Education of China, aiming at high- lighting the characteristics of higher vocational colleges and constructing quality assurance system. By comparing the two systems, the authors of this paper find that they have something in common concerning management concepts, and also find the deficiency of some important value judgment in former one. Ben- efiting from the core concepts of Criteria for Performance Excellence, the paper aims to improve the value judgment criteria of Evaluation Index System about Talents Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges and boost the sustainable and stable development of higher vocational education.
