摘要
云南农垦天然橡胶产业发展曾孕育了云南热职院"产学研"三位一体的运行模式,三位一体中的各因子互为支撑,相互促进,为农垦产业发展乃至全省热区社会经济发展奠定了基础。随着历史的进程和农垦改革的深入,三位一体结构模式逐渐分离,相互之间借力发展被弱化。研究认为,建立校企合作机制、院所协同机制是云南热职院重构"产学研"三位一体新机制的有效途径。
The development of natural rubber industry in Yunnan ever gave rise to the 3-in-1 working mode of the "production-teaching-research" in Yunnan Tropical Crops Professional College. The three factors in the mode supported and promoted mutually and laid a solid foundation for the development of agricultural reclamation industry and then for the economic development of tropical areas in Yunnan Prov- ince. With the reform promoting, the former 3-in-1 working mode gradually separates and the mutual sup- port among the three factors is weakened. This paper puts forward an updating and effective 3-in-1 work- ing mode by establishing school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and college-research institute collabo- ration mechanism.
