云南省大学生生活事件状况研究

A Study on College Students' Life Events in Yunnan Province

采用刘贤臣编制的青少年生活事件量表对3 213名云南省大学生生活事件状况进行调查,结果显示:学习压力、人际关系和健康适应是目前大学生生活的主要应激源;男生受惩罚事件多于女生,而女生的丧失事件多于男生;年级因素在人际关系、学习压力、健康适应、受惩罚和其它因子上均有主效应。

A survey is carried out to 3 213 students in Yunnan Province by using Liu Xian-chen＇s ques- tionnaire of Adolescent Life Events Scale. The findings reveal that academic pressure, interpersonal rela- tionship and health state are major stressors of college students＇; punishment events tend to be among boys rather than girls, while loss events tend to be among girls; the grade difference has main effects on interpersonal relations, academic pressure, healthy state, the punishment and other factors.
