摘要
描述了水平连铸圆管坯中间裂纹形态 ,分析了 2 0钢水平连铸圆管坯产生中间裂纹的原因及减少中间裂纹应采取的工艺措施 ,降低中间包钢水过热度和钢中P、S含量。
The morphology of internal cracks formation of horizontal and continuous casting (HCC) tube bloom is presented, the internal cracks formation of the tube bloom of 0.2C steel is analyzed and the measure to diminish the internal cracks by decreasing liguid steel overheating and phosphorus and surfur in steel is pointed in this paper.
