通过分析梅花形铝合金制件工艺,采用合理的坯料、坯料加热与模具结构,证明可以完成一次挤压成形,简化工序流程和节省材料成本。
Through analyzing the process of plum-shape aluminum alloy parts, adopted reasonable raw material design, raw material heating and die structure, make sure that the extruded part can be done once, simplify the processes procedures and saving the cost of raw materials.
