不同回火热处理状态下9Mn2V的磨削加工表面质量研究

摘要 通过实验分析不同回火热处理状态下冷作模具钢9Mn2V的磨削表面质量,主要包括金相组织、显微硬度、表面粗糙度、表面形貌以及表面残余应力。实验结果表明,回火后磨削表面质量明显改善。同时,材料经过淬火后,表面有很大的残余拉应力,当材料经过二次回火后,该残余拉应力显著减小。 This paper investigates the surface condition of 9Mn2V under different tempering processes, which includes metallographic structure, micro-hardness, surface roughness, surface morphology and surface residual stress. The experimental results indicated the ground surface quality improved evidently with the times of tempering increasing. Meanwhile the ground surface was in a state of high tensile residual stress after quenching. After the second time of tempering, the residual stress had significantly been reduced.
