摘要
阐述期望理论的主要内容,针对民办高校师资队伍建设的现状,分析期望理论对民办高校师资队伍建设的指导作用,提出正确处理个人努力与个人绩效、绩效与奖励、奖励与个人需要之间的关系,以"法治"代替人治等建议,以提高教师的工作积极性和归属感。
Based on the current situation of the faculty construction in private colleges, this essay expounds the main content of the expectancy theory and analyzes its guidance on the faculty construction. In detail,this essay suggests appropriately handling the relationships between individual endeavors and individual performance, performance and rewards, rewards and individual needs as well as proposing that the private colleges be governed by the rule of law rather than by the rule of man, to enhance the teachers' initiative and sense of belonging.
