摘要
在分析目前企业人才招聘面试过程中存在问题及其成因的基础上,从招聘队伍、招聘渠道、面试程序、评估工作等方面,提出相应的解决对策和建议。
Based on the analyses of the problems in job interviews and their causes, this essay presents relevant solu tions and suggestions in the aspects of the employment staff,the employment channels, the interview procedures and the appraisal work.
