摘要
针对F级燃气轮机转子结构复杂、材料特殊、精度要求高的难题,以加工挠度和加工精度为出发点,介绍了F级燃气轮机转子的结构及工艺特点,阐述了F级燃气轮机转子的车削及磨削加工工艺;针对加工时后静压托架校调不准及陶瓷叶片脱落等技术瓶颈,研究并提出了合理的解决方案,顺利实现了F级燃气轮机转子的国产化加工。
In view of the difficulties of the complex configuration, special material, high machining precision for the F class gas turbine rotor, taking the machining deflection and precision as researching objects, the rotor' s configuration and process characteristics are introduced and then the turning and grinding machining process also described. Some reasonable schemes are investigated for end static pressure brackets' adjustment and ceramic coating' s loosening so as to successfully localize the manufacturing of F class gas turbine rotor.
