摘要
大学基层学术组织是大学的细胞,在大学纵向结构中承担着最基本的教学、科研、咨询服务职能。针对大学基层学术组织权力运行问题,创新性提出以"协商模式"来平衡和协调大学基层学术组织不同群体间的权力关系,探索了"协商模式"的逻辑基础、平台建设和保障机制。
Being the cell of university, the grass-root academic organizations plays some basic roles of teaching, research and consulting services in university. In order to resolve the question of power operation in university's grass - root academic organizations, this paper proposes a negotiable mode innovatively to balance and coordinate power relationship among different groups of university's grass-root academic organizations and explores the logical base, platform construction and protection mechanism of the negotiable mode.
