摘要
介绍了由稻壳生产优质白炭黑的基本原理及生产工艺 ,研究结果表明 :采用稻壳能生产出优质白炭黑产品。由于用稻壳为原料、碳酸钠循环使用、不需外加其它燃料 ,与传统方法相比 ,新工艺成本明显降低。
The paper introduced the basic principle and production technology of producing high quality silica from rice husk.The result showed that using rice husk could manufacture high quality silica.The production cost of new process was obviously lower than that of conventional method,because raw material was rice husk,sodium carbonate was used cyclically and fuel was not needed.
