摘要
探讨了攀钢热轧板厂步进梁式板坯加热炉的生产潜力。通过加热炉及其相关工序的挖潜改进、创造条件 ,努力延长加热炉运行周期 ,使两座为 1 0 0万 t热轧板卷轧机配套建设的加热炉可以完成扩能改造后 1 40万 t板坯加热任务。
The paper discusses the production potential of walking beam slab furnace at Hot Rolling Plate Plant of Pangang.The plant improves heating furnace and its correlating working procedure,creates conditions and tries to lengthen operation period of heating furnace,which make two heating furnaces of mating with hot rolled coiled sheet mill finish the task from 1000000t slab to 1400000t after capability enlarging modification.
