ANALYSIS AND CALCULATION OF THE QUICK COOLING SPEED FOR NITROGEN PROTECTION,ROLLER HEARTH AND CONTINUING HEAT TREATED FURNACE

根据热平衡原理对带喷流冷却段的氮保护气氛辊底式连续热处理炉的快冷速度进行了分析与定量计算 ,给出了快冷速度的计算公式 ,并探索计算机在线显示快冷速度的方法。

According to the heat balance principle,analysis and quantitative calculation are made for the quick cooling speed of nitrogen protection,roller hearth and continuing furnace with jet cooling section.Calculation formula for quick cooling speed is given,and the method to indicate the quick cooling speed on line is also discussed.
