摘要
废弃塑料是含有较高化学能和热能的碳氢化合物。可以利用废弃塑料作为燃料吹入高炉 ,实现高炉降焦节能及环境保护。通过高炉鼓风温度的恒温热重实验 ,本文对废弃塑料燃烧动力学进行了初步的研究。其结果为废弃塑料的高炉喷吹提供参考。
Waste plastic is a kind of hydrocarbon containing higher chemical energy and thermal energy.Waste plastic can be utilized as fuel injected into blast furnace,which realizes coke reducing and energy saving of blast furnace and environment protecting.The paper studies preliminarily waste plastic combustion dynamics by steady temperature and thermal gravimetric experiment of blast furnace blasting temperature.The result will provide the reference for waste plastic injected into blast furnace.
