根据韶钢高炉的实际情况 ,韶钢 2号高炉在操作制度中进行了分装大批重冶炼试验 ,试验期间 ,高炉顺行状况改善 ,产量提高 ,焦比降低 ,取得了较好的冶炼效果 .试验期高炉平均增产 1 7.7% ,焦比降低 2 6kg/t .

A smelting experiment employing regular layer filling with large batches was carried out at Shaogang No.2 blast furnace in order to emhance the perfarmance of the latter. A good result was then obtained in the experiment, with the regular performance of the blast furnace improved, the production increased, and the coke rate decreased by 26 kg/t.
