通过总结几年来的工作实践 ,结合BAIRD公司仪器的特点和参考其他仪器的验收标准 ,论述了光电光谱仪的年度检定的内容 .内容包括仪器的系统测试 ,仪器各通道的灵敏度、检出限、稳定性、精密度、准确度、测量结果的不确定度等方面 .通过全面的检定 ,使我们更准确地掌握仪器的性能 ,更好地使用仪器 .
The calibration scope of DV-4 photoelectric spectrometer was described, based on the experience of operating this instrument in the past years, and by refering to both the general performance of BAIRD Company_made photoelectric spectrometers and the acceptance spectifications for other instruments. Included in the calibration scope were the system testing, sensitivity, detection limit, stability, accuracy and uncertainty in measurement, of the spectrometer. By calibrating the instrument, we could acquire a more thorough knowledge of the instrument's performance, and hence make a better use of it.
